About Nadia

Nadia is presently completing a ten-year investigation into her family history, prompted by a chance discovery about her father, a World War II veteran. With exclusive access to his military service records and personal correspondence, Nadia discovered how he became a stateless immigrant after the shameful betrayal of his country by its military Allies. By reconnecting with a family that had been estranged by war, she heard eye-witness accounts of genocide and uncovered a political conspiracy to disguise the deaths of her grandmother and uncles.
Nadia is also is an internationally recognized neuroscientist. On ResearchGate, a social networking site for researchers to share their work, her “Reputation Score” is in the top 2.5%, and there have been almost eight thousand citations of her work. She has published over one hundred and forty articles, has given podium presentations at international conferences, and an article about her research was published in the Wall Street Journal. Nadia has B.A. and M.A. degrees from the University of Oxford, and a PhD from the University of London. In 2002, she relocated from England to America with her husband and daughter to progress her career.
Nadia has traveled all over the world and loves to experience new cultures. For relaxation, she enjoys spending time with friends, watching live shows and concerts, painting, and home decorating. An animal lover, she has adopted a number of feral cats over the years, and attempted to train one to brush his own teeth and use a human lavatory.
